[Sichuan Chengdu: Support for Centralized Energy Supply Project Construction, Virtual Power Plant Participation in Load Response, and Development of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Technology] Recently, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology in Sichuan Province issued a notice seeking opinions on the "Implementation Rules for Several Policy Measures to Further Enhance Chengdu's Power Supply Guarantee Capability" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Rules"). To promote energy transition and improve energy efficiency, a series of policy measures have been adopted to support initiatives such as centralized energy supply project construction, virtual power plant participation in load response, and the application of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology. Among them, V2G pilot projects are eligible for a discharge subsidy of 5 yuan/kWh, with a cap of 1 million yuan per project. For virtual power plants participating in load response, if provincial subsidies are not included, subsidies will be provided in accordance with the same policies as the provincial demand-side response for that year.
