Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Recently, GAC Energy unveiled its "Double Ten-Thousand Charging Piles Plan," according to a post on its WeChat account. This initiative is set to add 10,000 DC charging terminals and 10,000 AC charging terminals in 2025, aiming to position the company as the leading energy operator among automakers in terms of cumulative DC and overall charging terminals by the end of 2025.

In collaboration with partners nationwide, GAC Energy has deployed a supercharging network spanning 202 cities across 31 provincial-level administrative regions in 2024. By capitalizing on various business models, including self-construction, joint ventures, franchising, and lease financing, the company brought ten thousand 1,000V high-voltage supercharging terminals online, achieving its 2024 "Ten-Thousand Charging Piles Plan". Thanks to these efforts, it has provided charging services to over 3 million users and facilitated the adoption of renewable energy in NEVs (new energy vehicles) through its energy trading platform.

Expanding beyond passenger vehicles, GAC Energy remains committed to expanding its energy replenishment services to commercial vehicles, covering industries such as mining, ports, steel manufacturing, and logistics. The company is pivoting towards producing and commercializing charging piles to address the rising demand for multi-scenario energy replenishment and a growing user base.

On the sales front, GAC Energy targets annual sales of 300,000 charging piles in 2025 and over 1 million units in 2027, with diversified marketing, channel, and business and government support.

In the realm of partnership alliances and dealer networks, GAC Energy continues to enhance procurement frameworks to establish a sophisticated supply chain system. Measures such as centralized pricing and quality assurance ensure efficient project execution. Additionally, GAC Energy continues to lower costs through technology-business integration and centralized procurement of key components, establishing an innovative business model that combines direct sales, distribution, and online and offline channels. These efforts have laid the foundation for a global partnership alliance and distribution network.
