SMM Survey: Overall Capacity Utilisation Rate of Rolling Lines in Central China Continues to Decline, Inventory Changes Relatively Small

During the survey period (December 12 to December 26), the operating rate of rebar rolling lines at steel mills in Central China remained unchanged, while the capacity utilisation rate slightly declined. Both the operating rate and capacity utilisation rate of wire rod rolling lines remained unchanged.
