On December 20, the National Energy Administration released statistics on the national power industry from January to November. In November, China's newly installed PV capacity reached 25 GW, and the cumulative newly installed PV capacity from January to November was 206.3 GW.
By the end of November, the country's cumulative installed power generation capacity was approximately 3.23 billion kW, up 14.4% YoY. Among this, solar power generation capacity was about 820 million kW, up 46.7% YoY, and wind power generation capacity was about 490 million kW, up 19.2% YoY.
From January to November, the cumulative average utilization of power generation equipment nationwide was 3,147 hours, a decrease of 151 hours compared to the same period last year. The investment completed in power supply projects by major power generation enterprises nationwide reached 866.5 billion yuan, up 12.0% YoY, while the investment completed in power grid projects reached 529 billion yuan, up 18.7% YoY.
