[SMM Steel Morning Meeting Summary: Futures Fluctuate Downward, Difficult to Stand Firm on Quotes] Yesterday, rebar futures fluctuated downward, closing at 3,287, a decline of 1.50%. In the spot market, except for some regions with insufficient resources, overall market quotations mainly declined. Speculative sentiment was subdued, and end-users mostly adopted a wait-and-see approach, resulting in poor transactions throughout the day.
