[Sodium Battery Cathode NFPP: Dongneng Naxin's 10,000 mt NFPP Production Line Put Into Operation]
On December 16, 2024, Dongneng Naxin (Gansu) Battery Technology Co., Ltd. held a ceremony in Dongxiang County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, to mark the completion and putting into operation of its 10,000 mt sodium-ion battery cathode active material (polyanion NFPP) production line. The total planned investment for the project is 520 million yuan, divided into two phases. The first phase involves an investment of 120 million yuan and is expected to achieve an output value exceeding 300 million yuan by 2025. The second phase is expected to invest 400 million yuan to build a production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 mt of cathode active material. Once fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1.05 billion yuan, an average annual net profit of 150 million yuan, and contribute an average annual tax revenue of 38 million yuan.
