On December 17, Shandong Expressway Energy Development Co., Ltd. issued the bidding announcement for the 2025 annual inverter framework agreement procurement. According to the announcement, this project is divided into 2 sections, with a total procurement scale of 1 GW.
Inverter Section 1: Procurement of string inverters with power ranging from 25 kW to 300 kW, planned procurement volume of 800 MW, with 5 shortlisted companies.
Inverter Section 2: Procurement of centralized inverters with a three-phase three-wire system, including centralized inverters and DC combiner boxes, planned procurement volume of 200 MW, with 3 shortlisted companies.
The planned delivery period is expected to be completed within 25 days after the issuance of the purchase order.
Requirements for bidding enterprises:
(1) The bidder must be the producer or agent of the intended procurement products, registered within the People's Republic of China, possessing independent legal entity status, and holding a valid business license. (2) If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a unique legal authorization certificate from a qualified producer (for imported equipment, the manufacturer or domestic general agent) specifically for this project. (3) The products offered by the bidder must have passed one of the following certifications: CQC (or CGC) product certification (including type test report), China Efficiency Certification, or TUV safety certification. (Through certification by qualified institutions or type test reports, the quality of the products produced must comply with relevant national or industry standards.) Only one bidder is allowed to participate in the bidding for the same brand and model of goods from the same manufacturer; otherwise, all such bids will be rejected.
