MINIEYE to start trading in Hong Kong on Dec. 27

MINIEYE began its IPO subscription on December 17, which is set to be closed on December 20. The company plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board under the ticker "2431.HK" on December 27.

On December 16, Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd. ("SinoHytec") announced that it will jointly increase capital investment in its joint venture, Toyota SinoHytec Fuel Cell Co., Ltd. The total capital injection amounts to 1.9 billion yen (approximately 89.61 million yuan), with SinoHytec contributing 950 million yen (around 44.81 million yuan).
