Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 16, Zhengzhou Nissan, Nissan's joint venture in China, officially revealed details of its Z9 pickup truck model. As the first model in its new product lineup, the Z9 is built on an all-new off-road platform.
Aside from the oil-fueled versions, the Z9 may also offer hybrid versions. The model is anticipated to be launched in 2025.
The Z9 features a robust exterior design with bold body lines. Its front incorporates distinctive "T"-shaped headlights with "Z"-shaped LED light strips in the lamp housing, echoing the model's new naming convention.
Measuring 5,520mm in length, 1,960mm in width, and 1,950mm in height, the Z9 has a wheelbase of 3,300mm, categorizing it as a mid-to-large pickup. The truck bed measures 1,520mm x 1,600mm x 550mm, falling into the standard box segment.
In terms of power, the Z9 will offer diesel and gasoline versions. The diesel variant will feature the M9T 2.3T turbocharged engine delivering 140kW, with a reported fuel consumption of 7.9L/100km. The gasoline version will use a 2.0T engine, producing 190kW, with a reported fuel consumption of 9.5L/100km.
Additionally, the Z9 will incorporate up to 28 intelligent driving features, enhancing the overall user driving experience with advanced technology.
