Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On December 11, BYD, in collaboration with leading global international dealership group Inchcape Motors, officially opened two new stores in Estonia, located in the capital city of Tallinn and the second-largest city, Tartu, respectively.

Catering to the preferences and needs of local consumers, BYD introduced several models, including the BYD SEAL, BYD SEAL U (named Song PLUS EV in China), BYD SEAL U DM-i (named Song PLUS DM-i in China), and BYD DOLPHIN, with pre-sales beginning the same day. 

Shu Youxing, general manager of BYD's European sales division, remarked, "As a technology-driven company, BYD is committed to developing cutting-edge new energy vehicle products. We are actively expanding our European business and will continue working with excellent local partners like Inchcape to meet the growing demand for green mobility."

Yannis Rossonis, head of Inchcape Motors Estonia, commented, "BYD's entry into Estonia marks the beginning of a transformative era for new energy transportation in the country. With elegant designs, outstanding performance, and advanced safety features, BYD's plug-in hybrid and all-electric vehicles offer consumers a broad range of options."

The first batch of BYD's new energy vehicles (NEVs) for the Estonian market is scheduled for delivery in early 2025.

BYD has already launched eight NEV models spanning the C to E segment in more than 20 European countries, including the BYD TANG, BYD HAN, BYD ATTO 3, BYD DOLPHIN, BYD SEAL, BYD SEAL U, BYD SEAL U DM-i and BYD SEALION 7.
