Shanghai (Gasgoo)- NIO Capital recently announced the successful completion of an investment in Shenzhen Infypower Co., Ltd. (Infypower), a Chinese digital energy solution provider, according to a press release NIO Capital released on December 13. 

The proceeds raised from the fresh round are earmarked primarily for supporting Infypower's energy transformation and sustainable development via high-quality products and professional solutions.

Infypower's Chairman Zhu Chunhui commented: "The path to energy transformation and sustainability is full of challenges, but each step is highly significant. This partnership with NIO Capital will further strengthen our position in the smart automotive supply chain and energy transformation sector. Mr. Ian Zhu, Managing Partner at NIO Capital, stated: "Infypower's founding team has over 20 years of expertise in power conversion technology.
