PV Module Bid Awards Surge: 6.35GW Capacity, Avg. Bid Price at 0.73 Yuan/Watt

[Single-Week Awarded Capacity 6.35GW, Average Winning Bid Price 0.73 Yuan/Watt] From December 2, 2024, to December 6, 2024, SMM reported that domestic companies won bids for 42 PV module projects, with the bid price range concentrated between 0.69-0.7 yuan/watt. The single-week weighted average price was 0.73 yuan/watt (due to the HJT modules driving up the weighted average price), which increased by 0.08 yuan/watt compared to the previous week. The total awarded purchase capacity was 6,346.21 MW, an increase of 2,001.6 MW from the previous week.
