Recently, the high-performance aluminum alloy material independently developed by Weiye successfully obtained the metal and alloy grade registration certificate issued by the China Nonferrous Metals Standardization Committee, officially registered as grade 6S63. This marks another significant breakthrough for Weiye Aluminum in the field of high-strength and tough aluminum alloy new materials, building upon the previously successfully registered 6E05 aluminum alloy grade. This achievement demonstrates Weiye Aluminum's firm confidence and determination in "Innovation Weiye" and "Technology Weiye," while also showcasing the company's strong continuous innovation capability in expanding aluminum application areas.
The registered high-performance aluminum alloys 6S63 and 6E05 combine high strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance, exhibiting excellent comprehensive performance in practical applications. They have been commercially applied in various fields, including anti-collision beams, battery trays, and subframes for NEVs, as well as lightweight truck bodies for commercial heavy-duty trucks.
