[800 Charging Stations, 1.628 Billion Yuan! China Railway Construction Wins Bid for South China's Largest Charging Station EPC Project!] SMM has learned that recently, the EPC bidding for the largest charging station project in South China has been opened. China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd., leading a consortium with Beijing China Railway Construction Electrification Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., won the bid with a contract amount as high as 1.629 billion yuan. The project is expected to cover six provinces with the construction of 800 charging stations. On October 31, Shenzhen Supercomputing Power Technology Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement stating that to accelerate the promotion and application of charging piles and meet the demand of the charging market, it plans to select a supplier responsible for the design, procurement, and construction of charging piles in Guangdong Province. The total investment for the first phase of the supercharging station project in the South China region is estimated to be 1.63 billion yuan, with plans to build 800 supercharging stations in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Hunan, and Jiangxi, with a planned construction period of 24 months.
