BYD's second ro-ro ship sets sail for UK, Netherlands
On November 29, BYD's second roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) vessel, named "BYD CHANGZHOU" after the company's Changzhou factory, departed from Yantai, Shandong province. After loading nearly 5,000 BYD new energy vehicles (NEVs) at Lianyungang and Taicang ports in Jiangsu province, the ship is en route to the port of Bristol, UK, and the port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
