Beijing (Gasgoo)- On December 3, DreamSmart Group and Alibaba Cloud signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in Hangzhou, aiming to collaborate extensively in the fields of AI large models and cloud computing services.

According to the agreement, Alibaba Cloud will provide DreamSmart with cloud computing services, foundational large language models, and multimodal AI solutions. The partnership focuses on integrating DreamSmart's "smartphone + XR + smart car" ecosystem with Alibaba Cloud's AI and cloud services.

As a global technology company, DreamSmart Group leverages its Flyme AIOS operating system, advanced AI applications, and an open ecosystem to deliver multi-scenario smart terminal experiences to consumers. Alibaba Cloud, a global leader in cloud computing and AI, serves businesses, governments, and developers in over 200 countries and regions. The collaboration aims to deeply integrate AI technologies with DreamSmart's smartphone hardware and software ecosystem, producing significant advancements.

Currently, DreamSmart has deployed its official website, e-commerce platform, community, and smartphone cloud photo album on Alibaba Cloud. Leveraging Alibaba Cloud's object storage capabilities, DreamSmart has implemented disaster recovery for cloud photo albums, enhancing data security and reliability.

Meanwhile, the Flyme AIOS operating system has integrated Alibaba's QWen large language model into system applications, enabling features like AI-assisted calling, transcription summaries, AI search, and smart text input. DreamSmart's wearable devices also support AI voice assistants for meeting summaries and interactive AI dialogues, garnering positive consumer feedback.

Looking ahead, the partnership will expand from smartphones and wearables to smart cars. The collaboration seeks to enhance AI capabilities in intent understanding and complex task execution, while also exploring global business opportunities.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
