Today, the SM2501 contract opened at 6,362 yuan/mt, fluctuated downward after the morning session, and finally closed at 6,296 yuan/mt, down 0.76%.

Today, the SM2501 contract opened at 6,362 yuan/mt, fluctuated downward after the morning session, and finally closed at 6,296 yuan/mt, down 0.76%. The highest price of the day was 6,390 yuan/mt, and the lowest was 6,276 yuan/mt. Trading volume was 107,702 lots, and open interest was 236,455 lots.

Raw material side, the actual transactions in the manganese ore spot market were relatively quiet, and manganese ore spot prices remained stable. The cost support for SiMn alloy was weak, and the quotations from SiMn alloy plants slightly decreased. Downstream, steel mills' procurement enthusiasm was weak, making high-price transactions difficult, and the actual transaction prices of SiMn alloy slightly declined.
