YOUNGY's Subsidiary Signs Raw Ore Transportation Cooperation Agreement with Kangding City Government

[YOUNGY: Signed Raw Ore Transportation Cooperation Agreement] SMM has learned that YOUNGY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ganzi Rongda Lithium Co., Ltd., has signed the "Raw Ore Transportation Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of Kangding City, Ganzi Prefecture. According to the agreement, Rongda Lithium will carry out a capacity expansion project for ore processing at the original mine site, with an additional capacity of 350,000 mt per year. The agreement takes effect from the date of signing or stamping by both parties and is valid for two years. The signing of the agreement has no significant impact on the company's financial status and operating results for 2024 but has a certain positive impact on subsequent years.
