[GCL and Partners Invest 450 Million Yuan in Global Energy Storage Headquarters Company] On the evening of November 29, GCL Integration announced that the company intends to establish Xiamen GCL Energy Storage Partnership (Limited Partnership) as a limited partner together with GCL Energy Technology and Xiamen Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. The total subscribed capital of the partnership is planned to be 450 million yuan, of which the company plans to subscribe 180 million yuan, accounting for 39.97% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership.
