On November 27, the most-traded lithium carbonate 2501 contract fell by 0.76%. According to the data, the lithium carbonate 2501 contract opened at 79,100 yuan/mt and closed at 78,500 yuan/mt. The trading volume was 211,268 lots, and the open interest was 246,898 lots, a decrease of 4,673 lots from the previous trading day. SMM's battery-grade lithium carbonate spot price was reported at 77,400–79,800 yuan/mt, with an average price of 78,600 yuan/mt, a decrease of 300 yuan/mt from the previous working day. From the trend, the lithium carbonate price quickly dropped after the opening and continued to fluctuate. After a slight rise during the session, it slowly fell back, fluctuated upward slowly after midday, and finally closed down by 0.76%.
