Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 26, SAIC Motor put the 2025 MG7 model onto market with 6 trim levels offered. The model features a guidance price range of 125,900 yuan to 178,900 yuan, but after enjoying a limited-time discount, the prices can be reduced to 112,900 yuan to 162,900 yuan.

In terms of intelligent driving features, the 2025 MG7 comes equipped with an upgraded NGP (Navigation Guided Pilot) system, which significantly improves traffic efficiency and better adapts to complex road conditions. A standout addition is the P2P memory parking feature, enabling the car to perform remote parking and summon maneuvers via pre-recorded routes, operable through the car's touchscreen or a smartphone app.The system can autonomously perform long-distance parking or vehicle summoning based on pre-memorized routes.

The 2025 MG7 introduces the "Dynamic Island" feature, which allows multi-application switching while ensuring real-time navigation display. It also provides customization options, allowing users to set their own desktop wallpaper. Additionally, the car now includes a red-light countdown feature, which can precisely display traffic signal timers on the car’s screen, helping drivers better plan their wait times. The overall responsiveness of the vehicle's infotainment system has also been improved, with boot-up and voice response speeds boosted by 30%, resulting in more efficient interactions.

Regarding the exterior design, the 2025 MG7 makes a bold statement, with a wide, sport-inspired front grille paired with striking digital LED headlights, creating a powerful visual impact.

At the rear, the 2025 MG7 features an adaptive three-stage electric spoiler and the quad exhaust outlets. It also incorporates a fastback-like roofline, complemented by a dual-stage waistline design and frameless doors, offering a sleek and dynamic sports coupe aesthetic.

Under the hood, the 2025 MG7 is powered by a 2.0T engine paired with a 9AT (9-speed automatic transmission) , delivering a maximum output of 192 kW and peak torque of 405 Nm, which enables a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 6.5 seconds. The vehicle is also equipped with the mCDC intelligent adjustable electronic suspension and the E-LSD electronic limited slip differential for improved handling. Additionally, the X-Mode mode provides over 150 customizable driving modes.

The vehicle boasts a high-strength steel usage rate of 84% in its body in white , resulting in a torsional rigidity of 31,000 N·m/deg.
