GAC International announces foray into Guatemalan market

GAC International, the global business arm of GAC Group, made a debut at the event, showcasing multiple car models and officially announcing its entry into the Guatemalan market.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- From November 7 to 17, 2024, the Autoferia Cofiño 2024 was held at Forum Majadas in Guatemala. GAC International, the global business arm of GAC Group, made a debut at the event, showcasing multiple car models and officially announcing its entry into the Guatemalan market.

Located in Central America, Guatemala serves as a critical bridge between North and South America, making it a strategic market for GAC International's expansion in Latin America. Speaking at the event, André Dueñas, GAC International's Brand Manager for Guatemala, outlined the company's plans for the market. He said, "GAC International has conducted extensive market research in Guatemala. We are committed to providing local consumers with more high-tech, high-quality mobility solutions, injecting new energy into the local automotive market.”

At the event, GAC International launched five key models: the EMZOOM, EMKOO, All New GS8, GS4 MAX, and M6 Pro. The company emphasized that these vehicles were tailored to meet the specific needs of the Guatemalan market. Featuring outstanding performance, top-tier safety, and superior comfort, these models aim to provide local consumers with an enhanced driving experience while helping GAC International make breakthroughs in niche market segments.

The company further stated its commitment to introducing more innovative vehicle options to the Guatemalan market, addressing diverse and personalized consumer demands. To support its growth, GAC International plans to accelerate the establishment of sales channels, ensuring more convenient and professional car-buying services for customers in the region.
