On November 14, GAC Group officially celebrated the grand opening of its new showroom in Muscat, the capital of Oman, marking a significant milestone in its expansion within the Middle East.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 14, GAC Group officially celebrated the grand opening of its new showroom in Muscat, the capital of Oman, marking a significant milestone in its expansion within the Middle East. Alongside the event, GAC released six key models, reinforcing its commitment to the market.

Situated at the western intersection of the Belt and Road Initiative, Oman is a crucial partner in advancing China's global connectivity efforts. For GAC Group, the country serves as a strategic market in the Middle East. With the formal launch of its GAC MOTOR and AION brands, the company highlighted its ambitious plans and long-term dedication to Oman.

The inauguration ceremony featured representatives from GAC International and the Gargash Group, who jointly unveiled the new showroom. Covering approximately 1,500 square meters, the showroom is located in Muscat's Azaiba district, a prime location near a bustling main road and surrounded by renowned automotive brands.

Zhang Yongming, General Manager of GAC International Middle East, remarked, "Since our partnership with Gargash Group began in 2013, our collaboration and relentless efforts have significantly boosted GAC's brand awareness and market share in the UAE. This has earned the trust and recognition of local consumers. The opening of this new showroom in Oman signifies a fresh chapter in our journey here. Moving forward, GAC will continue working closely with the Gargash Group to accelerate the introduction of new models, offering Omani consumers superior products and services, and driving sustained growth in this market.”

The six models unveiled at the event include the HYPTEC GT, EMPOW, EMKOO, GS3 EMZOOM, the All-New GS8, and the M8. Spanning all-electric and oil-fueled options, the expanded lineup reflects GAC's commitment to providing a diverse range of choices for Omani consumers, further enhancing its competitive edge in the region.
