ZEEKR completes first deliveries of ZEEKR X in Hong Kong

ZEEKR, an electric vehicle maker under Geely Holding, recently announced its first batch of 100 ZEEKR X deliveries in the Hong Kong market has been completed on November 16.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- ZEEKR, an electric vehicle maker under Geely Holding, recently announced its first batch deliveries of 100 ZEEKR X vehicles in the Hong Kong market has been completed on November 16. The company also revealed that the ZEEKR 009 model will soon begin deliveries locally.

The right-hand-drive version of the ZEEKR X went on sale in Hong Kong this July, with two variants available, starting at approximately 232,600 yuan. In October, ZEEKR kicked off the official deliveries of the model in Hong Kong.

Additionally, ZEEKR has opened its latest after-sales service center in Hong Kong's Tsuen Wan District in November, marking its third store in the region, following locations in Cityplaza and Wan Chai. Another store in Kowloon is set to open by the end of this year.

Entering 2024, ZEEKR continues to accelerate its international business expansion. The company has established a presence in over 40 major markets, spanning Europe, Asia, Oceania, Latin America, and Africa, including countries such as Sweden, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, Mexico, and Egypt.

In the African market, ZEEKR announced in late October a partnership agreement with EIM (Egypitan International Motors). The collaboration aims to build a sales and service network in Egypt, with plans to introduce the ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X as flagship models. More models will be gradually introduced to cater to diverse consumer preferences. ZEEKR's first store in Egypt is scheduled to open in Cairo by the end of 2024, providing comprehensive services and a one-stop after-sales experience.

Looking ahead, ZEEKR has outlined ambitious expansion plans. By the end of 2024, the brand aims to launch in additional countries including Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Vietnam. ZEEKR anticipates entering over 50 mainstream international markets this year, covering Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.
