[Zheng Ju Resigns as Chairman of Shanshan Co., Zhou Ting Takes Over] SMM has learned that on the evening of November 18, Shanshan Co. announced that Zheng Ju resigned from his position as chairman due to work reasons, and Zhuang Wei resigned from his position as vice chairman due to personal reasons. The company's board of directors elected Zhou Ting as the new chairman, with a term until the end of the eleventh board of directors' term. After resigning from the position of chairman, Zheng Ju will continue to serve as the vice chairman of the eleventh board of directors, with the same term until the end of the term. Zhuang Wei applied to resign from the position of vice chairman due to personal reasons; the thirteenth meeting of the eleventh board of directors elected Zhou Ting as chairman and Zheng Ju as vice chairman, while Zhuang Wei will continue to serve as a director.
