LIZHONG Group recently issued an announcement stating that the adjustment of the export tax rebate policy issued by the State Administration of Taxation will not affect the company's business. The company mainly operates in functional intermediate alloy new materials, secondary casting aluminum alloy materials, and aluminum alloy wheel products. Among them, functional intermediate alloy new materials and secondary casting aluminum alloy materials are not involved in export tax rebates; although aluminum alloy wheel products are related to export tax rebates, they are not included in this policy adjustment. Therefore, the policy adjustment has no substantial impact on the company's production and operation.

It is worth noting that this selling price policy change may cause some fluctuations in domestic and international aluminum prices, expanding the price spread between the two. If overseas aluminum prices are higher than domestic aluminum prices, the profitability of the company's export products will increase; conversely, if overseas aluminum prices are lower than domestic aluminum prices, it may weaken its export profitability.
