Tianshan Aluminum Completes Acquisition of 100% Shares of PT Inti Tambang Makmur

On November 10, Tianshan Aluminum released an announcement regarding the progress of its overseas subsidiary's acquisition of 100% shares of PT Inti Tambang Makmur (referred to as "ITM Company") and bauxite investment. The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries SgCo1 and SgCo2 registered in Singapore, used its own funds to purchase 100% of the shares of ITM Company held by Mr. LA TIP NG and Mr. IRRY ANTO, thereby indirectly acquiring all the issued Class B shares of three mining subsidiaries.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the parties involved have completed the share transfer of ITM Company, and SgCo1 and SgCo2 have become shareholders of ITM Company, holding 99.999% and 0.001% of the shares, respectively.
