Two Giants Ink Deal for 60,000-Tonne Lithium Carbonate Project in Fujian

[60,000 Tonnes of Lithium Carbonate, Deal Signed by Two Giants!] On November 13th, Zhejiang Weiming Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Shengtun Group Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement for a 60,000-tonne-per-year lithium carbonate project in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. Weiming Environmental Protection intends to take a minority equity stake in the project and undertake the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) work for the project's equipment procurement and installation.

Previous news indicated that Shengtun Group's 60,000-tonne-per-year lithium salt material processing project was established in Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, in June this year, with plans to commence initial production within about a year and achieve full-scale production within about two years.

The signing of this cooperation agreement marks another strategic collaboration between the two parties, leveraging their respective advantageous resources, following their cooperation on the Wenzhou Weiming Shengqing project.
