Nissan Motor announced its October 2024 sales performance for China, reporting a total of 61,170 vehicles sold across both its passenger and light commercial vehicle segments.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- Nissan Motor announced its October 2024 sales performance for China, reporting a total of 61,170 vehicles sold across both its passenger and light commercial vehicle segments.

Nissan Motor's cumulative sales in China reached 558,168 vehicles from January to October this year.

In October, Dongfeng Nissan, which includes the Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands, achieved monthly sales of 57,323 vehicles. Meanwhile, Nissan's light commercial vehicle division, Zhengzhou Nissan, contributed monthly sales of 3,847 vehicles.

Nissan brand alone sold 53,020 vehicles across China in October, with notable performance in the sedan and SUV categories.

The flagship Altima sedan logged monthly sales of 7,709 vehicles in October, representing a 49.1% month-on-month surge, which significantly boosted Nissan's sedan segment performance for the month.

The popular Sylphy series maintained its strong market position in China, with 31,942 vehicles sold in October, which summed up to a cumulative sales figure of 272,146 vehicles in the first ten months this year.

In the SUV segment, the Qashqai series saw a year-on-year growth of 5.2% in year-to-date sales volume, which reached 89,911 vehicles.
