Tianshan Aluminium recently issued an announcement updating the progress of its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary's acquisition of PT Inti Tambang Makmur. The parties to the transaction have successfully completed the share transfer of the company, enabling Tianshan Aluminium to indirectly obtain three bauxite mining rights in Indonesia. The successful completion of this share transfer marks a significant step forward in Tianshan Aluminium's strategic layout of the Indonesian aluminium industry chain. In the future, all the bauxite produced by the project will be used as raw material supply for the company's alumina project in Indonesia, ensuring its access to stable and low-cost bauxite resources, thereby enhancing its overall cost competitive advantage.
