Yongjie New Materials Clears Shanghai Stock Exchange Main Board Listing Review, Aims to Raise RMB 2.089 Billion via IPO

Yongjie New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yongjie New Materials") successfully passed the review of the Main Board Listing Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 1st, planning to raise funds of RMB 2.089 billion through its Initial Public Offering (IPO), with Dongxing Securities serving as the sponsor. The company specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of aluminum plates, strips, and foils, which are mainly categorized into aluminum plates and strips, and aluminum foil. As important basic materials for deep processing in numerous downstream industries, aluminum plates, strips, and foils are widely used in various fields such as lithium batteries, automotive lightweighting, new building materials, as well as electronics and electrical appliances. The main raw materials for Yongjie New Materials' aluminum plates, strips, and foils products include aluminum ingots, molten aluminum, slabs, cast-rolled coils, and aluminum foil blanks. Additionally, the company primarily uses natural gas and electricity as energy sources in its production and operations.
