[Ronbay Technology Clearly States It Has Not Infringed Any Patents Claimed by LG Chem] Recently, LG Chem filed a lawsuit with the Seoul District Court in South Korea, accusing Ronbay Technology's South Korean subsidiary, JS Energy, of infringing on five of its Korean patents. In response to this accusation, Ronbay Technology has issued a strong rebuttal through South Korean media. The company clearly states that its cathode material products fully comply with all relevant legal requirements and have not infringed on any patents claimed by LG Chem.
