The futures market exhibited volatile and weaker movements, leading to a chilled trading atmosphere in the market. Sentiments of waiting and seeing were prevalent, with downstream terminals mainly engaging in procurement based on demand. Consequently, transactions of hot-rolled coils were relatively poor.
