Liontown reports September quarter lithium operation performance

The management team confirms that the company has been in negotiations with potential long-term off-takers.

On 31 October, Liontown Resources reported quarterly performance for the Kathleen Valley lithium project following its first production and shipments. The Kathleen Valley site produced 28,171 dmt of spodumene concentrate, processed 282,000 tonnes of ore, and achieved an average lithia recovery rate of 51% in September. The plant’s availability reached 87% for the month, indicating a stable ramp-up phase.

Sales included an inaugural shipment of 10,831 dmt with a concentrate grade of 5.33% Li2O and a follow-up spot sale of 10,000 tonnes to a Singapore-based trader at US$802 per dmt. The management team confirms that the company has been in negotiations with potential long-term off-takers.

10GW Waaree's PV Ingot and Wafer Plant Commenced Construction
Indian PV manufacturer Waaree Energies Ltd has officially commenced construction of its integrated photovoltaic silicon ingot and wafer manufacturing plant located in the Butibori Industrial Area of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
