**Weekly Commentary on the Lithium Iron Phosphate Market**
Recently, both phosphoric acid and ammonium sulfate, raw materials for lithium iron phosphate, have experienced slight price increases. The surge in demand from the renewable energy sector, coupled with maintenance shutdowns at phosphorus chemical enterprises, and the timing of winter stockpiling have led to lower inventory levels of raw materials. Lithium iron phosphate producers have also seen an increase in orders from some lithium iron phosphate battery manufacturers. However, they are often constrained by capacity and pricing, making it difficult to increase production schedules. Although lithium iron phosphate producers have a willingness to raise prices, significant increases are challenging to achieve. Yet, if raw material prices continue to rise, the demand for price hikes from lithium iron phosphate producers will intensify.
