Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 27, Bebest (Shanghai) Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (BIBO) celebrated the successful mass production of its BIBO Intelligent Suspension Air Supply System (BAS).

The BAS' mass production marks another milestone for BIBO, following the successful delivery of its intelligent braking product line. This achievement positions BIBO closer to completing its full lineup of products across braking, suspension, and steering systems. The BAS production line boasts an automation rate exceeding 90%, with an annual capacity of 500,000 sets.

The BAS is a closed-system, intelligent air supply module integrating a compressor, gas distribution valve, and ECU controller. Its compact and lightweight design simplifies installation and reduces maintenance demands. The closed configuration minimizes external air interaction, ensuring system stability regardless of atmospheric changes. Additionally, the BAS's compressor operates at low heat levels with short working intervals, enabling efficient cooling and durability.
