Shengxin Lithium & Energy Inks Lithium Product Cooperation Deal with CALB and Huirong Mining Until 2026

On the evening of October 21, the lithium industry giant Shengxin Lithium & Energy announced that the company had recently signed a "Lithium Product Cooperation Framework Agreement" with CALB and Huirong Mining, with the agreement valid until December 31, 2026. Shengxin Lithium & Energy emphasized that the implementation of this agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance.

According to the announcement, CALB will lock in advance the supply of lithium salts from Shengxin Lithium & Energy, and the latter will supply goods in accordance with CALB's requirements. Huirong Mining will provide a guaranteed supply of lithium concentrate raw materials to Shengxin Lithium & Energy, supporting its cooperation with CALB. During the validity period of the agreement, Shengxin Lithium & Energy has priority in purchasing all lithium concentrate products from Huirong Mining that meet the agreed quality requirements. The agreement will remain valid until December 31, 2026.
