Chery Unveils Flying Car Prototype at 2024 Global Innovation Conference, Completes 80-km Test Flight

The 2024 Chery Global Innovation Conference was held in Wuhu, Anhui, where a prototype of Chery's flying car was showcased. On-site staff revealed that the flying car is currently in the research and development stage and has successfully completed a test flight covering approximately 80 kilometers.

This flying car features a tri-body composite wing design, unique in that it does not have a traditional steering wheel or accelerator. It supports both autonomous flying and driving modes, enabling seamless switching between land and air, with the aim of effectively alleviating urban traffic congestion.
