Beijing (Gasgoo)- On October 15, AVATR officially opened presale for the range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) version of the AVATR 12 model. The new product features the Kunlun smart range extender and Huawei's Qiankun ADS 3.0 intelligent driving system, offering upgrades in power, luxury, and intelligence.
The AVATR 12 Royal Theatre Edition and the all-electric AVATR 12 Refreshed Edition are also available for presale, with official market release and delivery scheduled on November 2 for all three models.
The AVATR 12 REEV boasts dimensions of 5,020mm in length, 1,999mm in width, and 1,450mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,020mm, creating a sleek and modern appearance.
Inside, the car embraces a minimalist design, drastically reducing physical buttons and featuring a 51-inch integrated screen. This includes a 35.4-inch 4K flexible screen that blends seamlessly with the interior, along with a 15.6-inch smart central control screen for an immersive visual experience.
Comfort is further enhanced by front-row zero-gravity seats with Nappa leather upholstery, 3-stage heating, ventilation, and 8-point massage functions, as well as 16-way electric adjustments. The rear row offers ample space, ensuring comfort for all passengers. Additionally, the Meridian sound system delivers a premium audio experience.
The AVATR 12 REEV features Huauwei’s HarmonyOS 4 intelligent cockpit and Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 smart driving system. Its AVATRUST sensing solution is composed of 29 intelligent sensors, including 3 LiDAR units, 3 millimeter-wave radars, 11 HD cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars. It offers advanced driving assist functions, including highway and city navigation pilot, automated parking, and remote parking.
The vehicle is powered by a 1.5T four-cylinder engine serving as a range extender, delivering 115 kW of maximum power. It also comes with a 231-kW electric drive motor and a 39.05-kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, providing a battery-powered range of 201 km.
