Beijing (Gasgoo)- Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. (DFAC), the commercial vehicle arm of Dongfeng Motor, recently reached a significant milestone in its global expansion, with its light-duty trucks rolling off the assembly line at a Knocked Down (KD) facility in Morocco.

The factory, which shares production lines with renowned international brands such as Mercedes-Benz and ISUZU, marks a new chapter for Dongfeng's presence in the North African market.

At the Morocco plant, Dongfeng's light-duty trucks are assembled alongside global leading brands, benefiting from shared technologies and resources. Under the unified quality standards and production processes, highly skilled workers ensure that each vehicle adheres to Dongfeng Motor's global manufacturing specifications. Every truck undergoes rigorous quality inspections to meet industry-leading standards in performance, durability, and safety before leaving the factory.

DFAC's light-duty truck products have garnered increasing recognition in the Moroccan market. Recently, DFAC secured an order with a local customer for 500 light-duty trucks, further cementing its foothold in North Africa. Additionally, a sales agreement for 2025 has been finalized, outlining annual targets and strategic cooperation for the future.
