NIO boasts 35.4% YoY jump in Sept. 2024 vehicle deliveries

In September, NIO delivered 21,181 vehicles, marking a 35.4% increase year-over-year.

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- NIO Inc. ("NIO" or the "company"), a leading Chinese smart electric vehicle (EV) maker, has announced its delivery results for September and the third quarter of 2024.

In September, NIO delivered 21,181 vehicles, marking a 35.4% increase year-over-year. This total includes 20,349 vehicles from the company's premium smart electric vehicle brand NIO and 832 vehicles from ONVO, the company's family-oriented smart EV brand. NIO also set a new quarterly record with 61,855 vehicle deliveries in the third quarter of 2024, reflecting an 11.6% increase compared to the same period last year. 

As of September 30, 2024, NIO has cumulatively delivered 598,875 vehicles.

On September 19, 2024, ONVO's first model, the L60, a mid-size family smart electric SUV, officially hit the market. The L60 capitalizes on NIO's expertise in smart and electric technologies, smart manufacturing, power networks, and supply chains. Designed with family users in mind, the L60 offers a spacious interior, enhanced safety features, and advanced technologies, delivering excellent value for money while minimizing lifecycle ownership costs. Deliveries of the L60 began in late September 2024.
