According to the SMM survey, the weekly production of Xinjiang sample silicon enterprises (accounting for 76% of capacity) was 39,990 mt, with a weekly operating rate of 83%, remaining stable WoW. Silicon enterprises in Xinjiang maintained high operating levels, with some outside the sample resuming production this month, leading to a slight increase in overall operating rates in the region. Top-tier enterprises recently secured large orders, resulting in lower inventory levels, which drove down the overall inventory within the sample.

Yunnan sample silicon enterprises (accounting for 30% of capacity) had a weekly production of 7,700 mt and a weekly operating rate of 90%, remaining stable WoW. Some silicon enterprises in Yunnan are about to complete futures orders, and due to spot price impacts, the willingness to sell spot cargoes is low. Many have reported plans to reduce or halt production in October, with expectations of lower operating rates in the future.

Sichuan sample silicon enterprises (accounting for 32% of capacity) had a weekly production of 4,590 mt and a weekly operating rate of 70%, remaining stable WoW. This week, the operating rates of silicon enterprises within the sample remained stable. Some silicon enterprises in Sichuan reported that pre-holiday orders did not significantly increase, and spot order signing was mediocre. Some enterprises outside the sample reported plans to shut down furnaces next month and have started stockpiling for gradual sale during the dry season.
