[SMM Lithium Carbonate Futures Review: LC2411 Main Contract Rises by 2.20%] On September 24th, the main contract of lithium carbonate 2411 surged by 2.20%. Data indicates that the opening price of the main contract of lithium carbonate 2411 was 75,150 yuan/ton, closing at 76,800 yuan/ton. Trading volume reached 235,393 lots, with open interest at 231,192 lots, an increase of 9,793 lots from the previous trading day. On the same day, SMM's spot price for battery-grade lithium carbonate ranged from 73,200 to 75,200 yuan/ton, with an average price of 74,200 yuan/ton, an increase of 200 yuan/ton from the previous working day. In terms of trend, the price of lithium carbonate opened flat and then rose before fluctuating downwards to an intraday low. It then rallied sharply in the afternoon and fluctuated at a high level, eventually closing up by 2.20%.
