CAIC joins hands with Lanyou Technology to boost automotive digitalization

On September 19, China Automotive Innovation Corporation (CAIC) and Shenzhen Lanyou Technology signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, establishing collaboration in multiple fields.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On September 19, China Automotive Innovation Corporation (CAIC) and Shenzhen Lanyou Technology signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, establishing collaboration in multiple fields, including digital intelligence, controllers, vehicle-road-cloud integration, automotive safety, and in-vehicle operating systems.

This agreement marks the beginning of a comprehensive, long-term, and stable strategic partnership between the two companies, focusing on driving high-quality digital transformation in the automotive sector.

CAIC, jointly funded by FAW Group, Dongfeng Motor Coporation, China South Industries Group, Changan Automobile, and Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, focuses on three key business sectors, including smart chassis, new energy powertrains, and intelligent connectivity. The company is dedicated to advancing core technologies and products across the vehicle, cloud, and communication ecosystem, fostering innovation through research and development, platform creation, and industrial incubation.

CAIC and Lanyou Technology plan to co-establish a collaborative platform for automotive digitalization that encompasses software and hardware product development, smart manufacturing, and process optimization. Together, they seek to develop competitive automotive intelligent products, enhancing China’s automotive digital transformation and upgrading efforts.
