This week, prices for 314Ah and 280Ah battery cells for energy storage slightly decreased, while prices for 100Ah and 50Ah battery cells remained stable. With the peak season in the fourth quarter approaching, demand for energy storage battery cells has gradually increased, and the production and sales of energy storage battery cells continued to grow.In the short term, the capacity for 314Ah battery cells has gradually increased. As companies compete for market share of new products, prices have been continuously driven down, leading to a rapid decline in the current prices of 314Ah battery cells. For 280Ah battery cells, under the background of overcapacity and intensified market competition, prices have also slightly decreased.100Ah and 50Ah battery cells are only used in scenarios such as home storage and base stations. Market demand has been relatively stable, with no significant changes in the short-term supply and demand pattern. After the previous price decline due to cost reductions, current prices have temporarily remained stable.Looking ahead, prices for 280Ah battery cells may stabilize in the short term as they are close to the cost line and current market inventory levels are relatively safe. Prices for 314Ah battery cells, due to their theoretical cost being lower than that of 280Ah battery cells, may continue to decline as capacity and maturity further improve. Prices for 50Ah and 100Ah battery cells are expected to remain stable in the short term, given no significant changes in supply, demand, or costs.
