Nickel Prices Fluctuate Upwards with Narrowing Price Difference between Nickel Salts and Nickel Beans" On September 19, the Jinchuan premium was reported at 1800-2000 yuan/ton, with an average price of 1900 yuan/ton, marking an increase of 50 yuan/ton compared to the previous trading day. The Russian nickel premium was quoted between -200 and -100 yuan/ton, with an average price of -150 yuan/ton, representing an increase of 25 yuan/ton from the previous trading day.

This week, the high-grade NPI market overall maintained a pattern of fluctuating at highs, with significant divergence between sellers and buyers. Prices edged lower in center amid the tug-of-war between cost support and weak demand, and overall market sentiment remained subdued.
