Beijing (Gasgoo)- On September 14, at the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), NavInfo and QCraft signed an agreement to deepen their strategic cooperation. The partnership will leverage both companies' strengths in the intelligent vehicle sector to advance mid- to high-level intelligent driving systems.

NavInfo and QCraft have a history of collaboration in intelligent driving solutions and closed-loop data systems, having already established a long-term strategic partnership at the Auto China 2024 in Beijing. This latest agreement marks a significant upgrade in their cooperation.

Under the new agreement, the two companies will focus on enhancing user experiences through advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving solutions. NavInfo’s expertise in smart driving maps and hardware/software integration, combined with QCraft’s industry-leading algorithm development and system integration for high-level ADAS, will drive the development of competitive intelligent driving systems.

Notably, the duo will launch an urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) solution, combining NavInfo's lightweight HD Lite map with QCraft's full-stack software algorithms.

World's First Mass-Produced Sodium-Ion Battery Passenger Vehicle Officially Unveiled
On February 5, Changan Automobile unveiled its global sodium-ion battery strategy, and the world's first mass-produced sodium-ion battery passenger vehicle was officially introduced. Test data shows that the vehicle equipped with CATL's sodium-ion battery delivers nearly three times the discharge power compared to conventional lithium iron phosphate vehicles with the same battery capacity under -30°C conditions. In extreme cold environments of -40°C, it maintains over 90% capacity retention, and it can still discharge stably even at the extreme low temperature of -50°C.
