Chery Tiggo 8 PLUS lineup goes on sale, starting from 109,900 yuan

On September 10, Chery Auto officially released the new Tiggo 8 PLUS and Tiggo 8 PLUS C-DM models to the market, offering a total of eight variants priced between 109,900 yuan and 159,900 yuan.

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On September 10, Chery Auto officially released the new Tiggo 8 PLUS and Tiggo 8 PLUS C-DM models to the market, offering a total of eight variants priced between 109,900 yuan and 159,900 yuan.

The Tiggo 8 PLUS lineup includes five gasoline-powered models, while the Tiggo 8 PLUS C-DM, the plug-in hybrid electric version, offers three models priced from 129,900 yuan to 155,900 yuan.

The new Tiggo 8 PLUS features a design inspired by the "Art in Motion" philosophy, which emphasizes a dynamic and elegant aesthetic termed "Leopard Power." The front fascia includes a dot-matrix grille and split headlights, with the upper lamps featuring V-shaped daytime running lights and vertically aligned lower lamps.

Inside, the Tiggo 8 PLUS adopts a wrap-around cockpit design, accentuated by stylish wood trim, creating a modern luxury atmosphere. It offers a versatile 5+2 seating configuration with 12 possible layouts. The front passenger seat includes a 10-point massage function with leg support and five massage modes. Additional features include the C-PURE Clean Cabin and a Sony 12-speaker surround sound system.

The vehicle is equipped with either a 10.25-inch or 12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel paired with a 15.6-inch floating multimedia display. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, the system supports voice assistants, CarPlay, and HUAWEI HiCar connectivity.

Built to global standards, the new Tiggo 8 PLUS meets various international safety regulations and increases the coverage rate of luxury aluminum alloy crash beams to 84%, significantly enhancing impact resistance. It boasts up to 10 airbags, including rear side airbags, a driver’s knee airbag, and a far-side airbag, providing comprehensive safety for users.
