China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Electric Power Construction No.1 Company has successfully achieved the power transmission and grid connection of the 3-gigawatt photovoltaic project of the Tianfu Group in Xinjiang. The "forestry-photovoltaic complementary" photovoltaic power generation project of this project has an installed capacity of 100 megawatts (AC side), adopting the construction mode of alternate piling, with full consideration of vegetation protection. After the completion of the project, it is estimated to save 286,800 tons of standard coal annually, correspondingly reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 731,500 tons, sulfur dioxide by about 27,800 tons, and nitrogen oxides by about 13,900 tons. This will provide a new model for environmental governance innovation in Xinjiang, enrich the connotation of the "photovoltaic +" economic model, promote the steady development of the local economy, and demonstrate a vibrant and beautiful scene of "forming forests in one year, forming a forest belt in two years, and forming a beautiful landscape in three years.
