Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Unionman New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Unionman New Energy") has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Greater Bay Technology Co., Ltd., marking a new chapter in their collaboration within the two-wheeler battery swap technology sector. The signing ceremony, held at both companies' headquarters, signals deeper ties and innovation in the rapidly growing market.

Unionman New Energy, a fully owned subsidiary of Unionman Technology Co., Ltd., is focused on power battery packs, energy storage, and new energy infrastructure as part of the company's strategic extension into key market segments. Under the agreement, Unionman New Energy will adopt Greater Bay Technology's advanced battery cells in the production of battery swap modules for two-wheelers and related products. This partnership highlights both companies' shared understanding of emerging trends in the new energy market, while emphasizing their commitment to innovation, product enhancement, and strategic market expansion.
